• G268 arterial cannulation is not payable with G261 (J7).
• On the list of major invasive procedures eligible for the after-hours procedure premiums when non-elective (GP104).

• G176/G177 electrophysiologic pacing and mapping (J12).

Common rejections

• ADH: OHIP's message is 'Cannot be billed together': G261 isn't payable with G521, G522, G523, G395 or G391 (J12).
