Billing rules

  • Payable only with Z628 (T4).
  • Diagnostic ureteroscopy of the second ureter is E819, also an add-on to Z628 (T4).
  • Stone removal (E760), lithotripsy (E761), biopsy (E820) and tumour resection (E823) are separate add-ons (T4).

Often billed with

  • Z628 (T4).
  • E760 or E761 for stone treatment (T4).
  • E820 biopsy (T4).
