Several obstetrical services carry this limit in the Schedule of Benefits. Examples are the antenatal preventative health assessment (P005), medical induction or stimulation of labour (P023, once per pregnancy by any one physician), cervical ripening (P030), I.V. management of P.I.H. and toxemia (Z775) and external cephalic version (Z777).
