What it costs
DoctorCare doesn't publish prices. APEX Essential is $155.48 a year (about $13 a month), plus 5% of what OHIP pays on each fix if you add Full Billing Recovery, with no contract.

No. APEX is OHIP billing software you run yourself. It works out fixes for rejected and underpaid claims, and you approve each one before it's sent.
Does APEX need a yearly contract?
No. Essential is weekly (cancel anytime) or annual (runs its billed year), and the free plan needs no card.
