APEX vs Dr. Bill

Dr. Bill is one of the most widely used OHIP billing apps and is owned by RBC, which also bought MDBilling.ca in 2022 and merged it into Dr. Bill. It charges a percentage of what OHIP pays you, with billing agents on its 1.95% plan. APEX charges a fixed price and reads every MCEDT file, working out fixes for rejected and underpaid claims for you to approve. If you're looking for a Dr. Bill or MDBilling alternative, this is how the two compare.
